Robert is a lifelong resident of Northern New Jersey and grew up in the town of Bogota located in Bergen County. He has been immersed in the real estate industry since he was first licensed in 2012 at the age of 26. He then accomplished getting his Broker’s license in 2023. He transitioned from a solo agent at the familial atmosphere of Prudential Elia Real Estate, where he spent four formative years, to establishing his own team, The Rob Alvarez Team, under the banner of Keller Williams City Views.

In 2024, Robert’s journey led him to Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, where his luxury real estate team now thrives, consistently selling 80 to 100 properties annually, serving a steadfast clientele.

A leader both in his professional and local communities, Robert dedicates his time to various organizations, holding positions such as a Board of Education member for Bogota and a Board of Directors member for NJMLS. Engaged with the Young Professionals Network and Global Business Council, he’s also a proud graduate of the Leadership Academy at the Greater Bergen Realtors Board of Realtors. Outside of real estate, Robert also captains his softball team, showcasing his diverse leadership roles.
